TIME AVE
About Us
TIME AVE began with a vision for helping people; a passion for making a difference in peoples lives. Being a busy person myself I realized that there were days when I wished I had just 4 more hours to complete all of the tasks I needed to accomplish. Also realizing that most of the tasks I needed to do were with businesses that were open during my working hours so sometimes it was a toss up between eat or errand. I wondered just how many working professionals felt that if they just could call someone to take care of the details, their lives would be complete.. thus .. TIME AVE!
Owner, Earlena Morris has over 30 years of Customer Service, 30 plus years of clerical, which includes 5 years as a District Secretary for ten stores, 15 in the Federal/State arena.

As a District Managers Secretary of a major retail chain for five years,
Earlena was noted for excellence in the details of her district. In addition, she continuously arranged and coordinated district meetings for 10 store managers located in 3 states. She is experienced in meeting planning, event planning, coordinating travel times, hotel arrangements and the details of each meeting agenda. She has planned evening group activities.

Paying attention to the details that make people feel special;
She has worn many hats, responding to regional reports, corporate follow ups, corporate guest, new manager relocation, manager transfers, store manager vacation approvals, clearance counts, following up, doing background checks, sales and payroll reports, expense control, pay increase timeliness, typing letters, keeping track of her District managers schedule, booking travel, edited the District Newsletter, and other tasks when needed.  Juggling many tasks prepared her for her future business. From motherhood to the workforce she is use to juggling many tasks at once.

Besides Retail working for Federal, County and State Government, again details, discretion, case management, and customer service was where she has appreciated the special handling of sensitive and confidential information and putting customers first. She has had to protect the people of California in her past employment with fairness, honesty and integrity.

Having considered other businesses, it was "people-needing people" that led her to various community projects, and serving as Board of Director for small business survival. As a result, her business is a reflection of finding her purpose for making a difference in the lives of people daily.
She loves to network for the enhancement of business marketing for herself and others.

Her
passion for people and providing excellence in Customer Service has bought her to the arena of becoming a "people servant" by beginning the business as a Professional Personal Concierge. Making people feel special while on the "torn in two directions" freeway is her goal, providing a vehicle to give time back to clients allowing them time for themselves and their families.
